to force SSL https:// you'll need to make some changes to how the web server manages your content. Firstly it is important that your website has an SSL certificate and your website already loads when you visit https:// followed by your domain name. Contact sales to purchase a SSL Certificate.

CPanel:

- Login to Cpanel at yourdomain/cpanel
- click domains





A list of your domains will load
enforce SSL by enabling Force HTTPS Redirect





Plesk

Login to Plesk

go to hosting settings



enable redirect to SSL

Select your SSL (if its not already selected)





SolidCP

Modify your web.config file
After:
<system.webServer>

but before:
</system.webServer>

Add this:
<rewrite>
    <rules>
       <rule name="HTTP to HTTPS redirect" stopProcessing="true"> 
         <match url="(.*)" /> 
         <conditions> 
           <add input="{HTTPS}" pattern="off" ignoreCase="true" />
         </conditions> 
         <action type="Redirect" redirectType="Permanent" url="https://{HTTP_HOST}/{R:1}" />
       </rule> 
    </rules>
</rewrite>
