How to check and unblock my IP from firewall

if your website/email hosting appears down then its likely your IP address has been banned.
IPs get banned if you try to login too many times with the wrong password to the control panel, email or FTP.

Follow these steps to unban your IP Address.

1 - Login to the client area and click on the services Icon

2 - Click on the hosting service that you are blocked from using

3 - on the left menu click IP Unban Center

4 - click the padlock icon to check the firewall

5 - your IP address will automatically be entered, if you need to check another IP then change the IP Address in the text box, then click the check button

6 - if your IP is banned a reason will be given in Red, click unban to remove the block.
